OUR PROCESS

1. PHONE CONSULTATION

The first step in our process is to schedule a a “1-On-1” Phone Consultation with our Team. During this call, with one of our DONE! Concierge  Team member, we will discuss your upcoming visit to Park City and learn more about previous vacations you’ve taken, your reasons for choosing Park City, who you are traveling with, where you are staying, and what you’d like to do during your visit.

2. proposal

After the Phone Consultation with a member of the DONE! Concierge Service Team, we’ll send you a proposal, based on our discussion that summarizes what was discussed and how payment for Services and Items will be made and other general terms. Once you return this proposal to us then the FUN BEGINS!

3. emails & phone calls

Over the next days / weeks your assigned DONE! Concierge Service Team Member and you will exchange emails and have phone calls as the requested services and items are procured. You can always make additions and deletions to the services and items that are procured. We do prefer to have these requests initially in writing, to ensure they are accurately fulfilled. 

4. payment for services & activities

DONE! Concierge Service values the opportunity to work with you to plan your vacation to Park City, as such we will NEVER share your credit card with any Vendor. Prior to anything being procured on your behalf, your personal DONE! Concierge Team Member will review all costs and get your approval. Once approved, we will  charge your credit and pay the Vendor with our Credit Card.

5. summary & itinerary

As services and items are procured, they will be added to your “live” Itinerary, where you can review everything. If there are changes to the requested services or items, your Itinerary will be updated.

6. onsite meeting

Once you arrive in Park City and get settled-in, your personal DONE! Concierge Team Member will come to your Hotel or Rental Property to formally introduce themselves. During this meeting, we’ll  review everything that has been scheduled for you and make any requested modifications.

7. real time itinerary mangagment

As services and activities are coordinated, they will be including in your “Real Time” itinerary that can be accessed online or through our Mobile App. As changes are made they are updated in real time and you can share your itinerary with your other Guests. In addition, through your “Real Time” Itinerary, you can also message your dedicated Concierge Team Member for 24/7 assistance.
